My debut novel, Fat Boy, is a contemporary dark comedy that has been described as, "a thrilling read, quite out of the ordinary...and a bit mad!" In 2020, Fat Boy won the gold medal for Humour Fiction at the annual Foreword INDIES book competition and was subsequently showcased at the 2021 Frankfurt Book Fair.

Fat Boy also received a 5-star review by Readers' Favourite and was rated 8.5/10 by Publishers Weekly’s BookLife.

"The best thing about this book is the descriptions the author employs to create character and scene. It is so scrumptious that I found myself lost in its delicacy and sad when it had gone." – Nicole Howard, Writer's Digest

"Fat Boy really was something else; refreshing, different and quintessentially British. I will certainly be following this author with some interest in the future." – Grant Leishman, Readers’ Favorite
